*Follow the steps below to learn what is needed in order to apply.

Applications will be accepted on a first‐come, first‐served basis. You must have ALL of the necessary documents IN HAND and COMPLETE at this time. Failure to do so will result in your application not being accepted.

IMPORTANT: Currently, this course requires weekly COVID testing. Students will be required to wear N‐95 masks and face shields (these will be provided by the college). Failure to be tested means you will not be able to attend clinical that week (impacting your ability to pass the course).

Live Scan Fingerprinting will take place on the SAME DAY for those who are accepted into the program. Further information will be provided when submitting application. Bring ONE of the following: Current California or Out of State ID or Passport or Alien Registration Card. You must have proper identification to be fingerprinted. Failure to be fingerprinted will result in you being dropped from the class – No exceptions.

Step 1:

Print the Nurse Assistant Program Student Handbook.   (You will need this handbook for the mandatory orientation and the first day of class).  Entire handbook must be printed single-sided.

Step 2:

Watch the MANDATORY orientation video*:

The orientation is required for all perspective students. The orientation will provide the information needed to successfully complete the requirements & paperwork.

Make sure you watch the entire video.

Note: For the Fall semester, the Influenza (flu) vaccine is required. However, you will not be able to get it until the vaccine becomes available which will be after the class begins. Therefore, you do not need it at the time of application.

If you are experiencing issues with the video pausing or skipping, please pause the video for a few minutes and allow it some time to load. If you are unable to open the video, try using a different browser (such as Firefox or Chrome). For technical support, you can contact the Student Help Desk.

Step 3:

Review the Admissions Procedures Guide/Program Cost sheet.

Step 4:

Submit your complete application on the date and time posted on the website above. We will ONLY accept applications during this timeframe.
