Agriculture
California and the Central Valley lead the world and the nation in agricultural production. The scope and diversity of this broad industry is unparalleled anywhere else in the world.
As an Agriculture Major at Merced, students will explore this diverse industry through a variety of programs and courses, while taking advantage of local opportunities. We connect students with entry level employment positions and develop skills along with the ability to transfer to a college or university to continue their studies in a wide variety of agricultural fields.
