Policies

As a resident student, you are expected to follow both UC Merced’s Residence Education Policies and Behavioral Standards and Merced College’s Student Rights & Responsibilities (Student Code of Conduct). Upon signing your Housing and Residence Education contract, you agree to abide by the policies outlined in both institutions’ handbooks, including all rules governing campus activities, organizations, and student behavior.
