Spring 2027

Spring 2027 Application Opens Wednesday, October 14

Please navigate to the Housing Portal to apply early. Spaces are limited and a submitted application does not guarantee housing.
Housing Offers and Deadlines Monday, November 2 – Monday, November 9

Students will receive housing offers through their Housing Portal. Please accept your offer by 11:59 PM on Monday, November 9. Offers not accepted by this deadline will be rescinded and offered to the next student on the list.
Roommate Selection (Optional) Tuesday, November 10 – Tuesday, November 17

Students may participate in an optional Roommate Selection Period. Please follow the steps in your Housing Portal to find roommates and form groups. If you choose to not participate, you will be auto-assigned roommates based on the responses from your application questionnaire.

This period will conclude at 11:59 PM on Tuesday, November 17
Room Auto-Assignment + Charges Tuesday, November 24

Housing will auto-assign you (and applicable roommates) to a room. Once completed, charges will apply to your Student Billing.
Spring 2027 Move-In Thursday, January 7 

Residents will be provided more details on signing up for an appointment, move-in logistics, and any remaining next steps via their student emails.

Meal Plan begins
Spring 2027 Move-Out Monday, May 3 by 4:00 PM

All residents must fully move out by 4:00 PM on Monday, May 3. Students who applied and were confirmed for Summer 2027 housing will be sent separate steps to relocate to a new space.

If you are given an offer AFTER the listed dates above, your charges will apply soon after you accept your offer. Roommate selection will not be an option as you will be assigned based on rooms available.

Summer 2027

Term Agreements

Residents must apply for housing each year. Housing agreements do not automatically roll over to the next semester or academic year, so you are responsible for applying for each term you plan to live in Promise Housing.

  • Academic Year (Fall and Spring)
  • Spring Only (for students entering Spring semester)
  • Summer
