Unit options are:

  • Suite-style: Double-Occupancy rooms with a shared common space (4-6 residents per unit)
    • Rates: $823.90 per month/ ~$3,213.21 for Spring 2027 semester
  • Apartment-style: Single and Double-Occupancy rooms with a shared common space + kitchen (2-4 residents per unit)
    • Rates: (Double) $832.29 per month/ ~$3,245.93 for Spring 2027 semester
    • Rates: (Single) $849.38 per month/ ~$3,312.58 for Spring 2027 semester
      • single occupancy rooms are very limited

Student Services Fee includes:

  • Access to programs and activities hosted on UC Merced’s campus for all students (comedy shows, tournaments, movies, etc)
  • Access to all sporting events
  • Access to participate in campus clubs and organizations (cannot apply to be a board member)
