The “Promise” Intersegmental Affordable Student Housing Building is a collaborative project between UC Merced and Merced College, designed to support the transition of Merced College transfer students into UC Merced’s academic community.
- Fully furnished units
- All inclusive living
- On-site staff & RAs
- Free transportation between campuses
- Financial aid eligible
- Located on UC Merced’s Campus – Promise Housing is situated directly on the UC Merced campus on Bellevue Road, adjacent to existing residence halls and campus infrastructure.
- Direct Access to UC Merced Resources – Residents benefit from proximity to UC Merced academic buildings, student services, campus programming, and transit systems.
- Transit-Supported Connectivity – Students have access to UC Merced transit services and city bus routes, with additional bike infrastructure improvements underway between campuses.
