Operations

The Operations department is responsible for more than 421,274 assignable square feet. We provide quality, professional, and responsive custodial and grounds services to the college and community.

The following services are provided:

• Cleaning classrooms, offices, research labs and public spaces
• Restroom cleaning, sanitizing and restocking
• General Cleaning – walls, interior windows, drinking fountains, etc.
• Project/Specialty cleaning – hard surface refinishing and carpet cleaning and extracting
• Trash and Recycle removal
