Technology Master Plan
Merced College has contracted with Collaborative Brain Trust Consulting to assist in developing a Technology Master Plan. This plan will include goals, objectives and actions that integrate with the Strategic Implementation Plan and the Educational Master Plan.
The work groups or action teams are comprised of faculty, staff, students and administrators.

Timeline
- Pre-Planning, November 2018 – December 2018
- Listening Sessions, January 2018 – February 2019
- Draft Plan, February 2019 – March 2019
- Revisions and Final Draft Plan, March 2019 – April 2019
- Final Draft to be reviewed in May and will be presented to the June 2019 Board meeting for adoption.
