There are two ways to apply for services
We are a subsidized care facility therefore; eligibility and enrollment is prioritized by a combination of income, family size, and family need for service.

Visit in Person
You may stop by the Child Development Center to pick up an application to be placed on the Center’s waitlist.
When we have an opening for enrollment, we will call the number listed on the application. It is important that you contact the CDC Main Office at (209) 384-6245 if your contact information changes.
