Spring 2027 Semester (Dates for 16-Week Courses)
Adds require instructor authorization beginning first day of the term January 11
Refund Deadline for 16-Week Classes

  • For all other classes, you must drop the day before 10% of the class meetings.

Graduation Applications accepted December 14, 2026 – February 12, 2027
Last Chance to Drop with No Entry on Transcript for 16-Week Classes – in person

  • For all other classes, you must drop the day before 20% of the class meetings.
 January 22
Last Chance to Drop with No Entry on Transcript for 16-Week Classes – Online using Self-Service January 24
Instructional Dean’s signature is required on adds if first date of attendance is after the 3rd week. (16-week courses). For all other classes Dean approval can come sooner than the 3rd week. January 25
Mid-Session Begins / Adds require instructor authorization March 8
Scholarship applications accepted March 1 – March 31
Last Chance to Drop with a “W” for 16-Week Classes – in person

  • For all other classes you must drop the day before 75% of the class meeting.
 April 2
Last Chance to Drop with a “W” for 16-Week Classes – Online using Self-Service April 4
Pass/No Pass Option Deadline for 16-Week Classes

Pass/No Pass deadline for all other classes is the last day of course instruction.
