- Event Time: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Suggested Setup Time: 9:15 – 9:45 AM
- Location: GYM
- Session 2 (For high school students & families):
- Event Time: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Suggested Setup Time: 4:15 – 4:45 PM
- Location: GYM
Parking is available in Lot P5 and P6. Directional signage and volunteers will be available to assist you upon arrival.

Each college/university will have 1 table and 2 chairs unless otherwise noted.
Yes! A grab-and-go breakfast will be available during morning setup, and lunch will be provided after the morning session. Please indicate any dietary restrictions when completing the RSVP form.
We will also share a list of local dining specials and discounts for you to enjoy throughout the day.
Yes! You are encouraged to participate in both sessions. Please be sure to indicate which session(s) you plan to attend when completing the RSVP form.
