  • Session 1 (For Merced College students):
     Event Time: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
     Suggested Setup Time: 9:15 – 9:45 AM

  • Session 2 (For high school students & families):
     Event Time: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
     Suggested Setup Time: 4:15 – 4:45 PM

Parking is available in Lot P5 and P6. Directional signage and volunteers will be available to assist you upon arrival.

Each college/university will have 1 table and 2 chairs unless otherwise noted.

A light breakfast will be available during setup, and boxed lunches will be provided after the morning session. Please indicate any dietary restrictions in the RSVP form.

Before the evening session, reps are encouraged to enjoy dinner at local restaurants. A list of dining deals and discounts will be shared with you after you RSVP.

Yes! You’re welcome (and encouraged) to participate in both. Please be sure to indicate which session(s) you plan to attend in the RSVP form.
