Basic Needs
The Basic Needs Center is intended to be a one-stop, single location for students to access basic needs services and resources linking students to on- and off-campus housing, food, mental health, and other basic needs. Students will be required to sign in each time they visit the Basic Needs Center. Students are allowed 1 snack & drink per day. Bag of food: You can receive a bag of food from the pantry two weeks. Note on Housing: At this time Merced College Basic Needs does not provide financial assistance for housing. Please see the housing tab for off campus resources.
Bag of Food
Students will be required to sign in each time they visit the Basic Needs Center and are allowed 1 snack & 1 drink per day.
You will now also have the choice of a bag of food from the pantry or a $50.00 Grocery card every two weeks. Once grocery cards are gone there may not be more.
