Council meetings take place every other Monday (subjust to change) from 9:00 am until 11:00 am via Zoom. Zoom link will be posted on the Canvas Club List and on Board Docs. The Council does not meet the first week of each semester, during finals weeks, or during the summer or winter breaks.
Agenda items must be submitted in writing before 12:00 noon on the Thursday before the intended meeting. Agendas will be posted on BoardDocs on Thursday afternoons. In accordance with the Brown Act, action items will not be added to the Agendas after this deadline.
