4:00pm-6:30pm

 

A limited number of doses will be available, and will be provided on a first come, first served basis.

Students must be enrolled in the fall 2014 semester.

 Merced College student ID must be presented at time of clinic.

Minors must have parent present to provide written consent.

Flu shots will be administered by Maxim Health Systems.

Services are available to students enrolled in the current semester only; Merced College student ID required in order to receive services.

A parent or legal guardian signature  will be required on consent forms for students under 18 years of age.

 Tuesday, October 21, 9am-12pm                 Friday, October 24, 8:30-11am

Tuesday, November  4, 9am-12pm                Friday, November 7, 9am-11am

          Tuesday, November 18, 9am-12pm              Thursday, November 20, 8:30-10am

If you are unable to attend the scheduled dates above, you may contact your family doctor, local clinic, or the Public Health Department at 209-381-1010 for testing information.

Testing dates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances-we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Student Health Services (SHS) is located in the Student Union Building on the Merced Campus.
