MERCED COLLEGE SOCIAL SCIENCE MAJOR

The following program is designed for students majoring in Social Science with the intent of obtaining a secondary teaching credential at one of the California State Universities.

Students should work with their counselor for specific transfer requirements.

For an Associate in Arts Degree in Social Science, students must meet the graduation requirements and complete the 18 unit curriculum listed below with nine units from each of the two categories. These courses must be in addition to the basic graduation requirements.
