Services:      The GOAL program links courses such as English 84 and Guidance 49A or Math 80 and Guidance 49A; encourages students to work together as a group, provide support, and teach organization and self discipline; Book Lending Program, Laptop Lending Program, personal counseling, and information on possible scholarships; Fieldtrips to UC Berkeley, UC Davis and CSU Sacramento.

Eligibility:     Students enrolling at Merced College, must be referred by counselor or director of Title V

Cost:             Tuition Fees; unless student qualifies for Board of Governor's fee waiver.
