The Parent Advisory Council (PAC) provides parents and the child development staff an opportunity to participate in shared decision making concerning program support, program design and program activities. The PAC representatives and the child development staff will share in the responsibility for the delivery of high quality services to the children and families of the Center. PAC representatives serve for a term of two years and are nominated by classroom staff and Child Development Administration. PAC representatives advise in the planning, coordinating, and organizing of program activities to support the Merced College Child Development Center Foundation. Fundraising goals will include on major event during the Spring Semester and one major event during the Fall Semester. PAC representatives represent parents of the Center and their concerns. If you have questions or concerns regarding the Center program, contact your classroom representative.
