Dr. Mario Córdova
Dr. Córdova is originally from Bakersfield, CA. He has
university and community college experience. He has been a program
director and counselor in universities and community colleges. His
Master’s Degree is in Counseling from Oregon State University and he
earned a Ph.D. in Educational Policy and Management from the University of
Oregon.

Lois
Cordova
Lois is a long time employee of the Merced College EOPS program. Prior
to becoming a EOPS/CARE Coordinator, Mrs. Cordova worked as a Project
Tutorial Specialist, Student Services Assistant, Program Assistant and an EOPS Club Advisor.
She is a product of both Merced College and CSU Stanislaus.

EOPS Staff
The
EOPS staff consists of 15 full-time and several part-time academic and
classified employees. The office is staffed year-around, with a full compliment
of services being available August through May.
