Fiscal Services provides  financial services to Merced College students, staff and faculty. These services include:

  • General accounting - payments and reimbursements; financial reporting; invoicing; cash management; asset management
  • Travel
  • Grant and categorical accounting
  • Budget
  • Audit

The Fiscal Services staff is responsible for ensuring that all accounting, reporting and reconciliation functions are performed in accordance with applicable law and policy while at the same time providing the highest possible level of service to the campus.
