How do I open Microsoft® Office Documents if I do not have Microsoft Office?

You can download the viewers from Microsoft for three popular Microsoft Office programs.

• PowerPoint Viewer
• Word Viewer
• Excel Viewer 2003
• PowerPoint 98 Viewer for Macintosh

• Click here if you already have Office 2003 and are trying to open a Office 2007 document

Note: If you have an expired trial version of Microsoft Office, you need to uninstall it so that the viewers work properly. Otherwise, the file association will not work.

If you do not want the viewers, you can buy Microsoft Office at a student discount price through FCCC.
