Step 2 - RESET PASSWORD 

• On WebAdvisor, click on What's my password?
  (it is located on the lower right hand side corner of the page)

• On the next page click on the option in the middle of the page, the one that says Reset my Password.

• Type your last name as well as your seven digit student ID number. Click submit

(If you get an error message saying your birth date does not match, please click here). If your social security number does not match, please click here and continue)

• You can either choose an email in the drop down box, or not. (you cannot type your own email, sorry). Click submit

• You password is now ready to be reset to your birth date in MMDDYY format. (two digits for the month, two digits for the day, and two digits for the year.). However, you need to click OK, otherwise, it will not happen.

• Bingo!. You should de back on this page if everything went well.

Your WebAdvisor password has been successfully reset to your birth date in the format MMDDYY
