Step 3 - CREATE NEW PASSWORD /
INVENT A NEW PASSWORD
- This step assumes you just reset your password as in Step
2 above. On WebAdvisor,
click on Log In

You should see the following page stating
your password has expired. So, please type your username again (user
ID), as on previous step. Type your birth date as your OLD password
(as on previous step). Invent a new password.
Your new password must be 6-9 characters and include
both letters and numbers.
NOTE: DO NOT USE YOUR OLD PASSWORD, IF YOU EVER HAD
ONE.
NO special Characters (see
acceptable characters here)
Examples of
acceptable passwords:

john1234 (8
characters, letters and numbers)

mike4567 (8
characters, letters and numbers)

ladydi4 (7
characters, letters and numbers)

We recommend
you use the following password:
Your birth date using 6 numbers followed by two letters.
Example: 123190aa

Examples of BAD
passwords:

joe (3
characters, only letters)

4567 (4
characters, only numbers)

abc1 (4
characters, letters and numbers)
You do not need to type a password hint. It is optional.
Click submit. You are done!
