Final Step 4 - ACCESS THE PORTAL (E-MAIL, WEBADVISOR, WEBCT, LIBRARY DATABASES, ETC.)

• You can close this window to return to http://my.mccd.edu or just click here and use the same username and password you used in WebAdvisor in order to login to the Portal and click login

ACCESS YOUR EMAIL

• In the Portal go to Email (Student).

• Make sure you set it up the first time you use it:

   

  • Birth year: for example, 1990

  • Country/region: United States

  • Click Accept

 

• Choose accessibility options if you need them.

• Language: We recommend English (United States)

• Time zone: If you are in California, USA, choose (GMT -08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada)

• Click OK

 

 

• A new window opens. This is your email account. 

 

 

NOTE: You cannot access your email from Live.com directly. You need to use the Merced College My Portal at http://my.mccd.edu
