What is my email address?

On most cases your email address will be firstname.lastname@campus.mccd.edu.
Exceptions are given when two persons share the same first name and last name, in which cases a random number will be added to the last name. Example: john.smith123@campus.mccd.edu vs. john.smith456@campus.mccd.edu

• Click here and use the same username and password you used in MC4ME Portal
  in order to login to the Portal and click login

• In the Portal go to Student Email (or Staff).

• Make sure you set it up the first time you use it:

   

  • Birth year: for example, 1990

  • Country/region: United States

  • Click Accept

 

• Choose accessibility options if you need them.

• Language: We recommend English (United States)

• Time zone: If you are in California, USA, choose (GMT -08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada)

• Click OK

 

 

• A new window opens. This is your email account. 

 

 

NOTE: You cannot access your email from Live.com directly. You need to use the Merced College My Portal at http://mc4me.mccd.edu
