Course Description (from the Merced College Catalog):
This course is a continuation of PSYC-01A with emphasis on psychological
theory and a detailed treatment of the scientific method as applied to the
study of human behavior. Experimental design, basic assumptions, and
limitations and advantages of the experimental method are considered along
with an introduction to descriptive and inferential statistics.

Paper 2 Information
Students, Please note that there were a total of 41 participants in
our experiment (32 females and 9 males). Also, I created a
brief video that demonstrates how to create a graph in Excel. This is
just a brief demonstration and does not include all of the formatting steps
(e.g., you cannot use color). Additionally, you can copy and paste the
graph into Word after formatting it if you prefer. Please click on the
