DSS
STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Students will provide the Disabled Student Services (DSS)
Program with the information, documentation, and/or forms (medical, educational,
etc.) deemed necessary by DSS to verify his/her disability (ies).
- Students will meet with a DSS professional to complete a
Student Educational Contract (SEC) and agree to meet with the professional
every semester/session to update the SEC.
- Students will utilize the DSS Program in a responsible manner
and understand the DSS Program uses written service provision policies and
procedures that must be adhered to for continuation of services.
- Students will comply with the Student Code of Conduct adopted
by the college.
