The form the publisher has online is not for electronic forms of texts. If you need the e-text of one of their books, you must contact the acquisitions editor for that particular book. I called the toll-free number and asked for customer service who, in turn, gave me the name, email address, and extension of the editor I needed to contact. Most of their books are computer courses, and are available online, They will try to encourage a temporary, limited free access to the files on their website. Discourage this; they are able to send the electronic files. You must complete a formal request form which is then emailed to Stephanie Aden.
