Official Transcripts may be eligible for electronic transcript transmission. The link about provides a list of schools that are approved to accept electronic transcripts from Merced College. Complete the Transcript Request Form above, check the box for "email transcript to", and supply the school name and address from the list that you wish your transcript securely sent to. If you are unsure if your transcript can be send by e-Transcript, please call 209-384-6193 for assistance.
Students who have attended Merced College from 2005 forward have access their unofficial transcript by logging into the Merced College Student Portal at https://mc4me.mccd.edu/ . Once you are in the Portal, click on the Web Advisor/Academic Profile tab and choose Transcript. If you have trouble signing into the Student Portal you can call the student help desk at (209)381-6565.
