How To Get A User Name & Password for WebAdvisor

Student WebAdvisor

Please follow the instructions below to obtain your user Name and password:

Instructions to Reset Password:

• Go to http://webadvisor.mccd.edu
• Click on Student Web Advisor Menu
• Go to What's my User Name
• Enter Last name
• Social Security Number or 7 digit Student Name
• Click Submit
• That is your User Name

• The bottom of that page is "What's my password?"
• Click on it
• Click Reset my password
• Enter User Name
• Last 4 digits of Social Security Number
• Date of Birth i.e. 010975
• It should say "You r WebAdvisor password has been successfully reset to your birthdate in the format MMDDYY."

• Go to Menu
• Click on Student Web Advisor Menu
• Go to Log in
• Enter User Name & Date of   Birth (010975)
• It will prompt you to Change Password
• Enter User Name
• New Password
• Confirm Password
• My password hint

• Go to Login to make sure it works
• Only do it once you are logged in.

• Go to Webadvisor for student and you are ready to look up your Merced College file.
