Employment Positions
- Office
Manager - Coordinates various office support services including
purchasing and facilities management. Some accounting knowledge is usually
required.
- Medical
Office - Performs administrative duties in a medical office
or in a health-related industry. Medical terminology is a requirement
as well as claims management, filing procedures, and excellent grammar.
Duties may include word processing, data entry, reception, database
management, record actions with vendors and patients.
- Administrative
Assistant - Performs administrative office activities for multiple
supervisors. Software skills, Internet research abilities, and strong
communication skills are required. Duties include telephone calls, receiving
and directing visitors, word processing, filing and faxing.
- Legal Secretary
- Performs administrative responsibilities, office finances, legal research,
keyboarding; also prepares legal documents. Must be knowledgeable in
legal terms and definitions.
