Scott came on staff as an athletic trainer in 1996. He is a Certified Athletic Trainer through the National Athletic Trainers' Association. Scott recieved his undergraduate degree from University of the Pacific. Scott has a special interest in myofacial release techniques. Scott also has a background and special interest in the rehabilitation of martial art athletes.

Randy is a Certified Athletic Trainer through the National Athletic Trainers Association and also a Licenced Physical Therapy Assistant. He is a graduate of Fresno State University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and A master’s degree in Sports Medicine. He currently teaches the Sports Medicine Classes, and Health classes here at Merced College. He previously was the Head Athletic Trainer at Atwater High School and still works part-time as an Athletic Trainer for the Professional Rodeo Circuit.
